Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

It is Anura’s policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of every product we sell. However, should you receive your wines in a damaged state please make a note on the delivery document and take a picture of the damage. We will then contact the courier and complete the claims process.

Should you wish to return your product for exchange or refund, please have the wine returned in its original packing/unopened and shipped to Anura Vineyards, Simondium Road, Klapmuts, 7625, Western Cape. On receipt of the wines we will issue the exchange or refund.
