The Anura Vineyards Tasting room is set at the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountain with
panoramic views overlooking the vineyards, ponds and fynbos. This beautiful setting, along
with fine wines and handcrafted cheese, allows for a tasting experience that will stay with you long after you’ve had your last sip.
Not only are Anura and Frog Hill wines available for tasting, but also our own Forest Hill
Cheesery products. Brie and Camembert are the main focus, with a Danish white and Swiss
Mountain Cheese making its appearance as well.
12 Pigs Charcuterie, the newest addition to Anura’s produce, is situated on the estate
and produces various cured meats including cured pork loins, maple smoked bacon and
traditional salami’s. Should one wish to linger longer, Anura’s tasting room offers a
small tapas menu that compliments the wine beautifully. Tapas can be enjoyed in the garden,
picnic style or shared amongst friends in front of the fireplace.
Our tasting venue is the ideal place to sit back, relax and taste through our wide range
of interesting wines, before heading over to the Lilly Pad Restaurant to complete the
perfect winelands afternoon.
