A large cheese perfect for any guests that you might have over. We require 2 weeks notice for an order of the 1.5kg cheese. Flavoured at your request with:

· Green Fig preserve
· Apricots / Port

Supreme Brie : Wheels of Brie –– ideal for catering, i.e. when cut, it will not run. Can be decorated and eaten with fruit, nuts and preserves. Stunning with Tangerines.

Supreme Camembert 125g: A South African camembert, made for a milder palate, always ready to eat, even textured, will never ““run”” off you plate when ripe, ideal for use in deep frying or layering with cream and nuts.

Traditional Brie 125g: A wedge cut from a 1.0 kg wheel of Brie, traditionally made, softer and milder than the Camembert.
